Please note our hotel and apartments are located on SEPARATE sites. The hotel is a street location in santa ponsa, and the self catering apartments are located by the beach in palmanova. apartment guests are welcome to visit the hotel cafe & bar in santa ponsa however can enjoy an array of restaurants, cafes and bars close by.

HOTEL GOLF BEACH

On Santa Ponsa's main street, thE hotel is 5 minutes' walk from the beach, 3 km from the 18-hole Golf Santa Ponsa and 4 km from Port Adriano.
The rooms feature terraces and wood furnishings. Portable fans are provided in rooms. Air-conditioning is not included in rooms but you can rent a Portable Air-Conditioning in advance contacting with us with an external supplier we work with.

Continental breakfast is available for a fee and is served in a low-key, wood-paneled dining room. Restaurant and Bar that offers British snacks. There's also an outdoor pool with a terrace and sunloungers. Situated in main street of Santa Ponsa, 18Kms from Palma, the hotel stands within walking distance from the popular Santa Ponsa beach (200 meters), and very near the comercial centres, restaurants and night leisure areas.

Cancellation policy

1.- FREE CANCELLATION for FLEXIBLE RATES bookings if cancelled or modified up to 14 days before of arrival, deposit paid will be refunded and no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
2.-No cancellation available for NON REFUNDABLE RATE bookings. A non-refundable rate is the hotel’s best rate. Full payment is needed at the time of booking and if you decide to cancel, it will be a 100% loss, so no refund would be due. As this is a promotional rate, no changes at all can be made to your booking once it is confirmed.

BALEAR BEACH APARTMENTS

Balear Beach Apartments are situated FISRT LINE ON THE Son Matias Beach, in Torrenova-Palmanova.13 Kms from Palma, with 3 beaches, comercial centres and great and varied nightlife. The building has 12 apartments with 1 bedroom, bathroom, lounge with two sofa beds, Kitchenette and a terrace with a sea view. Maximum occupancy of Apartments is 3 people. IT ALSO has 4 Studios with bathroom, lounge with two sofa beds, Kitchenette and a terrace with a sea view. Maximum occupancy of Studios is 2 people.

All of them with safe deposit.

Housekeeping and change of towels twice per week. Bed Linen changed once a week.

There is no reception in the building. For check in and key collection, you have to follow the instrucionts given at the main entrance door of the building.
